I design for the people who didn’t choose the software.
For over fifteen years I’ve architected enterprise products, AI-powered experiences, and the design systems that hold them together. My work lives where complexity is highest and the stakes are real: financial intelligence, healthcare, logistics, federal health programs, and global newsrooms, and it has reached millions of people.
I lead with product thinking and accessibility, turn research and ambiguity into clear interaction models, and partner closely with engineering so design intent survives all the way to production. Lately that means designing the UX of AI, and teaching design systems to speak to both humans and agents.

Beyond shipping systems, I build the tooling that governs them. Design System Intelligence (DSI) brings intelligence to the system itself, and DSI: Slot extends it to component slotting at scale: an agent-ready layer that keeps design and code honest.
